SENCo Cluster Groups

There are four SENCo cluster groups in the Authority.  The contact name and location of these groups are as follows:

Lead Contact Location
North Cluster Group Angelina Adrien St. Cyprian's Primary Academy
South Cluster Group Natalie Conway Woodcote Primary School
West Cluster Group Helen Walsh Elmwood Infants and Nursery School
East Cluster Group

Caroline Hart

Tracey Whiting

Forestdale Primary School

Greenvale Primary School

The cluster groups will continue meeting half-termly or termly. The SENCo cluster leaders will promote good inclusive practice for colleagues in the Authority. Each meeting will provide opportunity for discussion and support. Sometimes there will be speakers to chare professional insights. In addition, the cluster leads will meet on a regular basis with the Inclusion Advisor to plan and share key information.  By organising the groups in this way, it is intended that practitioners will rapidly value the opportunities to share good practice.   The information and good practice shared in these meetings should then be disseminated to all staff.

There will always be a structured agenda for each meeting and this will be sent out prior to each meeting.
