Merton Mencap: ACES youth club
A youth club for young people with a diagnosis of high functioning autism (ASD) or asperger's, living or attending a school or college in the Merton borough.
ACES offer a range of activities, which may involve:
- table tennis
- indoor basketball
- games
- music sessions
- video evenings
- bowling
- ice skating
- cinema
- planning occasional fundraising events on behalf of the club
- taking part in facilitated discussions on a variety of topics, such as internet safety and more

Participants must be able to use a mobile phone and should be able to travel safely in the community when part of a group. They must also be able to use an Oyster card/Freedom Pass independently.
We will give priority to young people who are finding it particularly hard to make or sustain friendships or who do not currently take part in many mainstream social opportunities.
