Palace for Life (Crystal Palace FC)

Palace for Life Foundation run a wide and diverse disability programme giving every person living with a disability the opportunity to participate in sport.

The sessions will:

• improve motor skills
• improve physical fitness
• give people the opportunity to develop self-esteem
• build confidence
• give people the opportunity to make new friends

The foundation is fully committed to reaching out to areas of the community that don’t have access to sports and physical activities.
