Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)

PALS is a service which provides ‘on the spot’ advice, help and support for patients and their relatives.

The service is free and confidential. They help provide advice on treatment and care at Croydon University Hospital and Purley Hospital.

PALS can also help with:

• responding to queries quickly and informally
• providing information about the formal complaints process
• providing advice and information about voluntary and other support organisations

The PALS office is located near the hospital main entrance. The office is usually open to visitors from 9.30am to 4pm.
