- Sessions at Waddon leisure centre on Tuesday 11:30am-12:30pm
- Sessions at Thornton Heath leisure centre on Wednesday 12:00pm:1:00pm
- Intermediate-Advanced session at Selhurt Sports Arena 4-5pm
- Advanced session at Selhurst Sports Arena 5-6pm
Places need to be booked. For the two sessions at Selhurst Sports Arena, you need to be recommended by a Crystal Palace 'Palace for Life' coach, but all the other three sessions are open to everyone.
