Latest News
Croydon’s Youth Disability Project took part in the South London September Marathon March to help raise money for the Palace for Life Foundation, which has been working with the South London community for over 25 years. The young people from the Youth Disability Project have benefited a great deal from experiences with the charity over the years, including regular football and sports activities which have increased confidence, skills and fitness levels.
One staff member was taking part for a sixth year in a row, another staff member caught the bug last year and returned for another go whilst a young person from the youth project took part for the first time.
The team did amazingly well and raised £900 for the charity.
