We want the Local Offer to be full of useful information and be easy to use, and we realise that your comments, suggestions and even criticisms will help us to get this right.
It is our responsibility to listen to your comments and ideas on what you need from your Local Offer.
On this page we will publish summaries of the thoughts and comments that you have shared with us, we will also provide details of what Croydon is doing in response to this feedback.
We will do this at least once a year.
The Local Offer is and will continue to be a ‘work-in-progress’. We will continue to modify, expand and develop our offer in response to the feedback we receive from you and as we become aware of other services and provision, which need to be included.

We are currently in the process of updating information in this area and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
If you have a concern, please speak to the staff in school / college or in one of the council teams that are providing support. Most issues can be solved quickly and to your satisfaction through having a conversation.
However if you do not receive a satisfactory response and wish to complain, please visit the complaints procedure section of Croydon Council's website (external link), where you will be able to view the complaints policy and procedure. You can also submit a complaint online or download and complete a paper form.
